Terms
YIRI is beta software offered as it stands. Using it means accepting the terms below.
Last updated July 2026.
Beta software
YIRI is in private beta. Features may change, move, or disappear without notice; portals rotate, the catalogue shifts, and behaviour you rely on today may be different tomorrow. The changelog records the significant changes.
Availability
There is no uptime guarantee. The service may be interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Archives are kept with care, but during a beta you should not treat YIRI as the only home of anything you cannot lose.
Acceptable use
Use YIRI as a person exploring music. Don’t scrape or bulk-download the catalogue, probe or overload the service, share beta access beyond your invitation, or use it for anything unlawful. Playback runs through SoundCloud, and use of the player is also subject to SoundCloud’s own terms.
Accounts
You’re responsible for the credentials you register and for what happens under your account. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or removed. You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the account page.
Rights in the music
The music belongs to its artists and labels. YIRI catalogues where records surfaced in broadcast and streams them from their source — it hosts no audio and claims no rights in any recording.
